He won the 2003 NCAA championship at Syracuse as a freshman, earning Final Four Most Outstanding Player honors before turning pro. Drafted 3rd overall by the Denver Nuggets in 2003, he spent eight seasons there before a 2011 trade to the New York Knicks, later playing for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Houston Rockets, Portland Trail Blazers, and Los Angeles Lakers.
